Today, Year 6, took part in a range of activities to celebrate World Book Day. We started our celebrations with a Key Stage 2 ‘vocabulary parade’. It was wonderful to see everyone’s creative costumes and ideas for their chosen ‘adjective’.

Afterwards, we met with our special friends in Reception to share a story in the beautiful sunshine. To finish our day, we tuned into the BWCET LIVE storytelling event – we listened to the author Mitch Johnson from our class text ‘Kick’, which gave us a wonderful insight into his life as an author.
