Today, Year 2 visited the Great North Museum: Hancock. They had a fantastic day exploring the whole museum. They started their day completing a scavenger hunt and playing eye spy around the different areas of the museum. Afterwards, they had a picnic on the grass and played some games. Then, they completed a Stone Age workshop with one of the museum’s teachers – the staff were so impressed with the knowledge and key vocabulary demonstrated by the children – well done, Year 2.
